Refund policy

30-day returns

You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days after receiving your order. Contact offdgoose@gmail.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address before you send anything back.

For change-of-mind returns, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with tags where applicable. Please do not send returns directly to a production partner without instructions from us.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email offdgoose@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Refunds

We will contact you after reviewing your return. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the credit.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
